L&SWR/SR/BR T9
Designed by D.Drummond for the LSWR and built between 1899 and 1901 these 4-4-0 locomotives were used on expresses over the railways heavily graded lines until later replaced by more powerful locos.
Most of the locos lives were spent between London and the South West.
The power Class of 2P located in 1948 to these locos was upgraded to 3P in 1953.
BR number series 30113-30122, 30280-30305, 30307, 30310-30314, 30336-30338, 30702-30733.
30120 was renumbered LSWR 120 in 1962 and withdrawn in 1963 it has been preserved.
The T9 sounds have been recorded from the prototype.
